Role Description:

Description of Duties:

  • Participate in trainings and orientations for the project
  • Collaborate with Project Team on development of needs assessment plan including but not limited to:
  • Participation in weekly or bi-monthly planning meetings
  • Communicate with campus stakeholders for input on project
  • Research of other campus needs assessments and publicity efforts
  • Assist with the development of an outreach/publicity plan for distribution of a student survey including but not limited to:
  • In person publicity events
  • Development of visual publicity including print media and social media
  • Identification of strategic plan for class talks to maximize publicity across colleges
  • Conduct outreach including tabling events, in person class talks and other presentations and social media campaigns to publicize student survey
  • Communicate project needs and updates between GSEC and Office of EDI throughout the project, including written/electronic communications and in person meetings and/or presentations.
  • 6-8 hours a week

Minimum Qualifications: Experience with and/or knowledge of the mission and goals of the GSEC.

Exceptions to the minimum eligibility qualifications may be granted at the sole discretion of the University.
