CatsConnect Paraprofessional: Join the Student Organizations & Leadership Education (SOLE) team today!
Working in Student Organizations & Leadership Education (SOLE) gives students the opportunity to gain transferable skills in office administration, project management, professional communication, software exploration, and working in a collaborative team environment. Do you feel that you possess exceptional attention to detail, can track progress in a shared document, can identify if things aren’t done and can follow up with outstanding customer service? If yes, check out what a SOLE Catsconnect Paraprofessional does:
- Exhibit a technical aptitude in order to learn the program and share the user experience
- Provide CatsConnect trainings to student leaders and staff
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and be able to work closely with the current SLL marketing paraprofessional to implement given tasks both collaboratively and independently in regards to CatsConnect
- Willingness to have hands-on experience to perform campaign necessities
- Must have excellent oral communication skills and is willing to facilitate presentations to large groups of people
- Demonstrate professional writing skills to create engaging content relevant to the student, staff and faculty population at Chico State.
- Quickly respond to inquiries from the campus community as it relates to the usage of CatsConnect
- Identify specific targeted audiences and promote CatsConnect to campus community which includes but is not limited to, student clubs, recreational sports, fraternity and sorority life, university housing etc.
- Ability to capture data analytics as it relates to knowledge and awareness of CatsConnect
- Demonstrate flexibility with spontaneous projects with short deadlines
- Must be able to navigate and move throughout entire campus
