• Finishing & Fabrication: Trim, cut, weed, and mask vinyl graphics. Apply substrates, mount prints, laminate materials, and handle physical assembly using glue, paint, and basic hand or power tools (e.g., drills, saws, scrapers).
• Installation & Removal: Assist with the physical on-site application, hanging, or mounting of wall murals, directories, window decals, and event backdrops across campus. Scrap, clean, and prep surfaces for new installations.
• Shop Maintenance & Logistics: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment. Assist with tracking material inventory and transporting displays for on-campus events.

• Safety Protocols: Ability to follow strict safety protocols while working with tools, sharp blades, and chemical adhesives.
• Physical Demands: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical tasks like standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and climbing ladders for graphic installations.

Software Skills: Foundational proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Design/Build Aptitude: Familiarity or comfort with basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).
Craftsmanship: Strong attention to detail regarding alignment, clean measurements, and meticulous cutting or weeding.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively alongside a team of professional designers and craftspeople. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate with team members in a timely manner.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for special campus events.
