Role Description:
The Computer Science Department in the College of ECC is collecting application materials for a Research Assistant for software development and refactoring of an existing TensorFlow Machine Learning code base used for spectrogram acoustic analysis.
Description of Duties:
This position will offer approximately 10 hours per week with a maximum of 100 hours for the summer.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualified students should have Computer Science graduate standing and/or have completed CSCI 581 and/or CSCI 611 or CSCI 612.
- Prior research experience or interest in pursuing research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptions to the minimum eligibility qualifications may be granted at the sole discretion of the University.
