| Role Description: |
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
•Data Entry (CMS PeopleSoft, Advisor)
•Filing
•Mailing
•Presentations on the EOP application and review process
•Phone correspondence
•Preparing files for review
•Pick up/delivery of documents from various campus offices
•10 hrs/week
Minimum Qualifications:
•CSU, Chico student – with a GPA of 2.50 or better
•Above average communication skills
•Knowledge of University policies and procedures preferred
•Knowledge of Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) preferred
•Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment preferred
•Experience with computer applications in Windows Environment

Additional Information:
All work must be performed within the State of California.
Compliance training completion (approx. 4 hours of work time) is required of this position within the first 30 days of work.
