Role Description: |
The Office of Admissions is collecting application materials for the transcript imaging student assistant position.
This is a data entry position. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to course entering transcripts, updating transcript status in PeopleSoft, scanning/filing and building checklists in PeopleSoft.
Job will be 5-10 hours a week. MUST be available to work summer and throughout the academic year. Schedule is flexible but confines of our normal business hours 8am-5pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong Attention to Detail
Ability to work independently as well as a team member
Ability to follow instructions and learn tasks quickly
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word etc.)
Clerical experience helpful
Must be comfortable with working on a computer in a quiet environment
Must be able to work during the summer and winter breaks
Must have work study
Exceptions to the minimum eligibility qualifications may be granted at the sole discretion of the University.

All work must be performed within the State of California.
Compliance training completion (approx. 4 hours of work time) is required of this position within the first 30 days of work.
