Description of Duties:
- Perform general to complex office duties including data entry, sorting, and electronic paperwork processing
- Complete clerical tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct extensive and precise electronic filing
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and courteously
- Greet and provide general information to visitors and callers
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Work Study award for the 2025–2026 academic year
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated punctuality and dependability
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse campus community
- Must successfully pass a Live Scan fingerprint clearance
