Position Title: SOSC 210 Instructional Student Assistant

Role Description:
The Social Science Program in the College of Behavioral & Social Sciences is collecting application materials for a Social Science 210 Instructional Student Assistant.
Description of Duties:
The instructional student assistant will assist the instructor with grading, posting grades, and performing some individual and/or group tutoring for up to 2.5 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; attention to detail; general understanding of the social sciences as disciplines and knowledge of the scientific method. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a graduate program, preferably in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, will have taken SOSC 210 (or similar course in another discipline), and be able to help students taking SOSC 210 to successfully complete the coursework.
Exceptions to the minimum eligibility qualifications may be granted at the sole discretion of the University.
